My first real job out of grad school was with a Danish based wind turbine company. My manager felt it was prudent to fly all the new hires in Colorado to Aarhus, Denmark for three weeks of training.
Training lasted about four hours a day, the rest of the time spent rambling around city and country and driving to the most Northern tip to feel the sea.
